These are the updated rules to the Naruto ranked RPG Game.
Game Rules
1. Profiles
A. You must have and approved profile to play the game.
B. You can only have one profile, any others made will be deleted.
C. Wait for it to be approved, if you want you can play unranked battles to practice, but you must have at least made a profile.
2. Challenges
A. Send a PM to the person and make a topic.
B. If the person does not respond in 7 Days or says profile not approved yet the challenged is canceled.
C. If they do respond begin the battle.
3. Battling
A. The challenger gets to go first.
B. Each player starts the battle with 100 HP and 6 CP (Chakra Points).
C. SJ (Special Jutsu) takes 2 CP to activate, and RJ (regular jutsu) takes 1 CP to activate.
D. When someone declares an attack both players roll a dice.
1) If attacker rolls higher than defender do HP and CP calculation.
2) If defender rolls higher than attacker he can counter using substitution jutsu (costs 1 CP and does 10 HP damage) or defender can use SJ or RJ (they cost 1 more CP than usual and gets timed by 1.5) [EX: RJ 2 CP needed / damage 10 to counter does 15 damage.]
3) Continue until some lands an attack.
E. After an attack lands do HP damage and CP calculation and at the beginning of a turn show the game stats.
F. You can use items (Kuni, shurikin ect. If you do not want to use charka) in place of an attack or jutsu for a counter or use them on your turn.
1) You can throw three small items at one time, but only one non throwing items per turn(EX: you can only use 1 recovery item on your turn and it takes up your whole turn).
4. Winning
A. You win when you opponents HP hits 0.
B. You also win when your opponent doesn’t respond in 7 days, at the end of the seventh day just say “7 Day Rule I win”.
5. CP recovery
A. You gain .5 CP per turn, so show new stats at the beginning and the end of your turn.
6. Clan Battles
A. Clan leaders must send each other challenges saying “I challenge (clan name) to a (number of player vs. number of players) battle.
B. The challengers team goes first and sets the order of player alternating with the teams after all participating players sign in by posting.
C. All other rules apply fight to the last player.
7. Free for all battles with 3 or more players
A.The challenger goes first and the second to post is second, third is third and so on until all have posted.
8. Items
A. You are allowed to take items off the ground that you missed with on your turn only and only 2 per turn(it takes the place of your whole turn.)
B. When you pick up items PM me so I can do the transfer of the items.
9. Special Powers
A. Special Powers take 3 CP to use.(the hidden gates take 3 CP per gate to open) powers also take your whole turn when you use them.
10. Buying Jutsus / breaking rules
A. When you break a rule will get a strike when you get 3 strikes you will lose one point on the leader board each time you break a rule.
11. Rule Changes
A. When you buy jutsus or powers you can use as many as you want in a battle.
B. If you use an item don’t use it again. I will delete it from your profile. If you do use more items of the same kind then you have you will get a strike.
